Its been an exciting week in Cannes, at the annual music conference called MIDEM.

We are pleased to announce that we have struck a deal with a big independent label called Typhoon, who are the local label for EMI, and they want Laura to come and sing in Beijing and Shanghai for a promo tour.

Other territories have expressed firm interest and Asia looks very promising for 2009!

Its all happening here!

After Laura's very successful stint as BBC reporter for the MTV awards, (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/7716932.stm), we heard yesterday that our partners in India, Times music, have been asked by VH1 in India to bring Laura out for a promotional tour in December, which will include TV and radio interviews!

Then today - we get news that the label in China, who previously showed interest, have today confirmed their desire to work with Laura for the Greater China area! This is such fantastic news...

Things are hotting up in the UK as well, and we may be able to bring you further exciting news soon...

For all who might be wondering if Laura's trip to India, starting in Mumbai, is in any doubt - please rest assured that we still intend to fly out to play at her first gig on 10th December.

Laura is so excited about coming to India, and getting the chance to gig in 4 of the great cities in India.
